Built by XR operators
In 2016, we put on a VR headset and saw something obvious: this technology was going to transform how people work, learn, and heal. And it was going to need infrastructure to scale.
We started in retail, built a device management platform, and launched in 2017. Within 18 months we were the market leader in location-based VR entertainment across 40+ countries. That company, SpringboardVR was acquired by publicly-traded Embracer Group.
By 2020, with five years of hard-won experience scaling XR globally, we narrowed our focus to enterprise. Today, ArborXR is the platform that helps enterprises move XR from pilot to production — giving them the infrastructure, visibility, and control to run successful immersive programs at scale.

We're fully remote — 60+ people across 23 states, plus Canada, Germany, Italy, the UK, the Isle of Man, and the Netherlands. Slack is quiet on weekends. Napping is encouraged.
