Risk awareness and compliance are crucial elements while performing these tasks to avoid injury from energy sources and other potential accidents. In this scenario, trainees will pass through a complete standard safe work procedure, from start to finish, in order to securely isolate and block energy sources.
  • Confined Spaces: Entering a confined space such as a ball mill interior for maintenance and supervision operations requires risk awareness and compliance with safe work procedures to avoid injury from suffocation and other potential accidents. In this scenario, trainees will pass through a complete standard safe work procedure, from start to finish, while experiencing accidents and risks.
  • Trenches & Excavations: Trench and excavation operations have significant dangers and are very common in industries such as construction, mining, and energy. Risk awareness and mitigation are crucial elements while performing these tasks in order to avoid injury from landslides, rockfall, and other potential accidents. In this scenario, trainees will walk through an area while identifying and applying control mechanisms on potential risks.
  • Hot Work: Welding is a common activity that can be dangerous and unhealthy if proper safe work procedures are not applied. Risk awareness and compliance are crucial elements while performing these tasks to avoid fire threats and other potential accidents. In this scenario, trainees will pass through a complete standard safe work procedure, from start to finish, while experiencing accidents and risks associated with welding.
  • Rock Scaling: Rock scaling operations have significant dangers and is a critical task in mining, and energy. Risk awareness and mitigation are crucial elements while performing these tasks in order to avoid injury from rockfall and other potential accidents. In this scenario, trainees will learn and simulate safe work procedures and proper unlodging techniques, identifying loose rocks visually, using a virtual barrow in tunnel sections with different dimensions.
  • Jumbo Simulator: Equip your operators with 04 modules specially designed to improve their performance and safety at work.
  • Scoop Simulator: Train your operators in the integral operation of the equipment to improve their performance and safety at work.
  • Locomotive Simulator: Transport your operators to a mining tunnel for the integral operation of a locomotive and thus improve their performance and safety at work.
