Any customer you’re actively working with who is considering using ArborXR. If you’ve had a discovery call, shared a quote, or are guiding them toward a purchase, the deal likely qualifies.

Can I register a deal if ArborXR is already in contact with the customer?

Yes—just let us know in the notes. We’ll review the relationship and do our best to avoid channel conflict while recognizing your role in the deal.

What happens after I submit the form?

Our team will review your submission within 24 hours (2 business days max). If approved, we’ll confirm registration and support you in closing the deal.

How long is the deal registration valid?

Deals registered and approved are valid/protected for 3 months from the registration date.

What kind of support do I get after registering a deal?
