We had the incredible opportunity to pilot an innovative Virtual Reality learning experience partnering with wondder. I strongly believe that virtual reality will revolutionize the way companies approach learning and development in the future. Connecting learning with engaging and innovative experiences is the key to success. Which is why our C-level and People Team have eagerly joined the journey in space.

To walk a mile in somebody's shoes is a very effective way to create awareness for another person's situation. Through the Advance workshop in VR, I experienced the challenges women encounter. Changing the perspective is exactly what we want to foster with our WoMentoring initiative at KPMG. Because to become even more diverse, we need to advance equally - irrespective of the shoes you're wearing.

I have spent a considerable part of my professional work in Diversity & Inclusion. I find what Wondder is doing groundbreaking - they deploy scientific methods, embed them in highly engaging, experiential training, and deliver them through the newest, totally scalable technology - Virtual Reality. This could transform D&I training globally.

I care about an inclusive and open society, and my passion is impact. wondder trainings in Virtual Reality are highly coherent with that philosophy: they bring about measurable outcomes in the reduction of Unconscious Bias.
