How licensing works

Licenses are per managed device, not per learner — a single headset can serve an entire shift, a classroom, or a rotating field crew at no extra cost. Devices can be re-assigned between sites at any time from the ArborXR console.

Rollout support

Our deployment team works with your IT organization on network readiness, device provisioning, and content distribution strategy. Typical enterprise rollouts go from contract to first training session in under three weeks.

Volume tiers unlock at 50 and 200 devices, and multi-year agreements include price protection for the full term. Custom content development — your facilities, your SOPs, your branding — is available as an add-on scoped by our clinical and industrial content teams.
