SOFT-SKILL-TRAINING WITH IMMERSIVE AI
One of our currently most sought after solution is “the flight simulator for soft-skill-training”. Ever wished you could practice an employee feedback dialog or a sales pitch on the spot? Then this solution is for you.
We were approached by a university profession in Berlin, whose university also conducted soft-skill-training for some of the largest companies in Germany. After learning of the challenges that come with trying to scale highly effective trainer-led coachings of small groups, we developed a solution that enables users to train different soft skills in VR (and PC/Mac) using an AI as a test subject and virtual coach. This resulted in a spin-off company that goes by the name emerse.
This technology is currently also being implemented in a number of our custom projects, e.g. for a large pharmaceutical company that is looking to implement an immersive learning strategy.
RAPID EMPLOYEE ENABLEMENT
A large automotive company entrusted us with a project to develop a solution for a number of challenges that we jointly discovered and defined.
When car owners bring their vehicles to their dealer for servicing, their experience is essential in regard to their future loyalty. However, high employee fluctuation and poor process knowledge due to long lead times in trainings are serious challenges to great customer experiences.
To solve this, we developed a solution with which car companies can provide their dealerships with standardized trainings in VR, enabling new service employees to perform their training autonomously on the spot and / or in (virtual) company of a trainer within days instead of weeks or even months.
New trainings and processes and be rolled out via ArborXR with the push of a button, enabling almost instant enablement of employees.
REMOTE SAFETY TRAINING
When talking to one of the world’s largest mining equipment manufacturer, we discovered that one of the most significant challenges the company had, was enabling the users of their equipment to use it correctly and, above all, safely.
Having safety as one of its top values, the manufacturer decided to focus on this and provide trainings for service processes on their machines, that were potentially dangerous for the service employees of their customers.
The solution enabled service employees to train these service processes beforehand in a virtual and thus safe environment. The familiarity they gained by doing so, provided them with greater confidence when having to perform these procedures in the real world. This also significantly sped up the training on the actual machine.
In addition to it being a safer training, it also enabled the manufacturer’s trainers to become more flexible in performing their trainings. They no longer needed to wait on free machines and travel to remote locations, but could perform initial trainings anywhere and anytime. This opened up a lot of potential to reduce travel expenses and reduce machine downtime.
