living brain is a medical device manufacturer from Germany, who developed the first European neurotherapy for cognitive rehabilitation in VR. The product teora mind is the next necessary step in cognitive therapy. It was developed based on the latest insights from neuroscience, psychology, game development and focuses on activities of everyday life. It makes use of mobile, immersive VR to support patients with cognitive deficits on their struggle back into life. In VR, patients train scenarios they encounter every day in a playful way in a safe environment.

For establishing a new therapy method for people suffering from neurological diseases accompanied by cognitive impairment, living brain and its team have been acknowledged by many prizes, awards and public grants such as EIT Health, Horizon 2020 and the ministry of economy of Germany.
