Case Study: DTEK & Teslasuit
Training simulator for DTEK electricians aimed at the maintenance of power plant equipment in virtual reality with tactile feedback and an instructor station. The purpose is to create a modern staff training course in which employees’ workplace is constructed realistically.

We have created a practical VR training course on professional skills for DTEK employees with the help of Teslasuit technology and photorealistic 3D visualisation of the workplace. During the course, users are informed on all tasks and necessary steps with visual and voice prompts.

There is a knowledge control regime and instructor station which help to keep a record of and assess learners’ results. A virtual reality setting guarantees the absence of injuries and risks during the training.

Ferrexpo Poltava Mining is an iron ore pellet producer with mining capabilities in Ukraine and sales operations around the world. Ferrexpo Poltava Mining has been mining, processing and selling high-quality iron ore pellets to the global steel industry for 50 years, and has become the third-largest exporter of pellets to the global steel industry.

The purpose was to create a VR simulator that allows employees of the crushing and processing plant to undergo training in a safe environment, and develop a sequence of the new and much-needed correct sequence of actions for dismantling a piece of equipment.

The goal of the VR simulator was to give employees significant training, which would help to reduce equipment downtime, shorten training time, and increase the number of processed materials, thus increasing the company’s profit.

Virtual Reality for Design Review and Pre-Construction Planning
Nova Post is a Ukrainian company, founded in 2001, which provides express delivery of documents, cargo, and parcels for individuals and businesses. The purpose was to visualize the industrial project of the logistics terminal and approve the ergonomics of the architectural solution. Sensorama was able to visualize 1524 sq.m. of space. We also animated the sorting tape with the ability to run a package in the sorting system. Office premises, education rooms, and presentation halls were also visualized.
